Deliver world-class global network services for the U.S. Government to meet the ever-evolving needs of our customers. The organization builds and manages global network and ultra long-haul telecommunications services for over 40 U.S. Government organizations. We service more than 270 worldwide locations with varying levels of service requirements due to diverse missions, environments, and available resources.

Required Qualifications: 

• Demonstrated experience in strategic and operational planning, to include metrics development and evaluation.
• Demonstrated experience in applying commercial best practices in a government or military environment.
• Demonstrated experience driving production and collaboration in a multi-team environment.
• Demonstrated experience in administration and management such as knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership techniques, production methods, or coordination of people and resources.
• Demonstrated experience in systems evaluation such as identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system.
• Demonstrated experience in customer relations and outreach
• Demonstrated experience with program management.
• Demonstrated experience managing review boards.
• Demonstrated experience performing cost benefit analysis
• Demonstrated experience with project and task management.
• Demonstrated experience with process improvement such as analyzing functions, requirements, or existing capabilities and shortfalls.
• Demonstrated experience with quality assurance.
• Demonstrated experience with data validation processes.
• Demonstrated experience identifying and implementing business or information technology best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience supporting multiple VIP customers and senior staff.
• Demonstrated experience in IT requirements development, documentation, review, verification, validation or modeling.
• Demonstrated experience developing and writing IT standard operating procedures.
• Demonstrated experience developing and writing memorandums of agreement.
• Demonstrated experience developing and writing service level agreements.
• Demonstrated experience with Sponsor’s IT policies and procedures.
• Demonstrated experience with federal regulations relating to information systems for a large enterprise.
• Demonstrated experience program planning, budgeting or administration oversight to include developing policies and operational standards related to Sponsor.
• Demonstrated experience advising Sponsor officials on processes, practices and policies that directly impact the organization.
