IEA Corp., an EverWatch company is in search of a Principal Information Operations Advisor (PIOA) Secretariat to support the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy (OUSD(P)) in Arlington, VA.

The Principal Information Operations Advisor (PIOA) Secretariat will assist the government in integrating different IO capabilities and activities through existing and emerging executive level forums. These forums include but are not limited to: Strategic Information Oversight Board; IO Executive Steering Group; IO Senior Steering Group; Publicly Available Information Oversight Council; IO Briefings to PSMs; PIOA Out Briefs on Posture review and Strategy development; other forums as directed. The PIOA Secretariat will also:

• Recommend to leadership topics and purpose of meetings based on input from members, construct meeting concepts, brief concepts to leaders, conduct in process reviews, organize, and manage events, and document the results of events.
• Coordinate agendas, de-conflict priorities, and provide other essential support services as needed.

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
Active TS/SCI Security Clearance
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Information Operations (IO)

Preferred Skills and Experience:
Master’s Degree from an accredited university
Minimum 5 years of combined OSD, Joint Staff, or Service level experience
