IEA Corp., an EverWatch company is in search of a Reserve Integration Staff/Action Officer to support OUSD(I&S) in Arlington, VA. The Reserve Integration Staff/Action Officer will:

• Support Reserve Integration Branch (RIB)
• Provide support to Chief of the RIB

• Engage the DoD Intelligence Community (IC) and Military Services through recurring interaction with POCs to properly build OUSD(I&S) augmentation requirements, priorities and support
• Facilitate development of a wide array of Reserve Component warfighter integration projects across DoD, Joint Staff, CCMDs, Military Services, and various Intelligence Agency staffs 

• Support OUSD (I&S) Reserve Component management and personnel advisory support for OUSD (I&S) manpower augmentation
• Provide technical expertise for Reserve Component augmentation, funding, manpower, and policy for OUSD(I&S)
• Facilitate gaining and supporting personnel performing in Reserve Component billets and voluntary tours; position development and advertisement, orders and Military Personnel (MILPERS) processing, tracking recurring performance reports and other required training.
• Assist in the development and management of the Reserve Component manpower support internal to OUSD(I&S) as directed by the USD(I&S)
• Update contact rosters and various tracking databases 

• Support USD(I&S) as Department lead for Reserve Military Intelligence (RMI) policy review and development
• Ensure proper coordination across OUSD(I&S) policy POCs; ASD-Reserve Affairs, and coordinate with DoD and IC partners as required.
• Support drafting new or revised RMI associated policy to meet DoD standards; assist in staffing proper informal, formal and signature packages in coordination with OUSD(I) and community stakeholders
• Review OUSD(I&S) and DoD Policy Portals frequently, as required to ensure RMI issues are properly represented within DoD Policy.
• Maintain active Policy Portal access
• Assist in the development of policy, doctrine, and guidance for the employment of Reserve component military Intel capabilities. 

• Support USD(I&S) as departmental lead and oversight on RMI efforts
• Support USD(I&S) RMI activities and projects and coordinate with Reserve Component and IC partners as required
• Assist in providing policy, guidance, and oversight of the Joint Reserve Intel Program and other RMI associated Military Intelligence Program (MIP) and National Intelligence Program (NIP) activities/programs of the CCMDs, CSAs, and the Services
• Support recurring Joint Reserve Intelligence manpower rebalancing, projects requirements validation and resourcing: database development, tracking, updates, and coordination as may be required
• Support deployable intelligence capabilities CONOPS development, tracking and update
• Provide planning, coordination and documentation to support OUSD(I&S) in executing oversight of the (RMI GOSC)
• Coordinate OUSD(I&S) engagement and activities with CCMDs, Services, and Intel CSAs on RMI matters
• Plan and coordinate USD(I&S) deployment strategies and activities for Reserve Component support to the Warfighter.
• Support RMI GOSC initiated projects through development, tracking, and updates with coordination as required.
  • Support RMI GOSC Working Groups as required
  • Support RMI MIP/NIP tracking, advocacy and updates as required
  • Support RMI Training and Education requirements as required
• Provide support to RIB Chief and RMI GOSC; includes assistance in drafting and sending official correspondence, sending invitations to meetings and tracking responses with updated roll call, drafting meeting agenda, assisting in meeting set-up & preparation, note-taking for minutes and to track tasking actions, operating presentation equipment, meeting clean­ up, drafting and disseminating meeting minutes.
• Support RIB to ensure office operating procedures are comprehensive, tracked, and meet DoD standards

• BA/BS Degree of any type from an accredited college or university
• Strong writing and briefing skills
• 7 years of professional experience in the intelligence or intelligence-related fields or CT/ATFP-related fields
• 5 years of senior/executive-level staff coordination experience at OSD, Joint Staff, Combatant Command, Service, or Combat Support Agency level
• 5 years of experience in Service military Reserve Component orders processing
• 5 years of experience with Reserve/Guard intelligence policy, budgeting/programming, manpower management, and mission support activities
• Active TS/SCI security clearance

Preferred Skills and Relevant Experience:

• Master’s Degree of any type from an accredited university or college
• 7 years' experience as a Reserve/Guard member and/or managing Reserve/Guard personnel.
• Knowledge of and experience with Joint Reserve Intelligence Program (JRIP) activities and Joint Reserve Intelligence Centers (JRICs)
• Experience in leadership/management of Reserve/Guard activities
• Experience in Reserve/Guard intelligence integration activities
