Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing and Reporting

• Process semi-monthly payroll for up to four business units, analyze and audit payroll data
• Review timesheets for completeness, process labor and leave
• Ensure timely processing of actions relating to new hires, promotions, and terminations
• Prepare accurate and timely quarterly and year end reporting
• Analyze and audit payroll data for accuracy of posting
• Prepare payroll vouchers to record payroll and benefit transactions to the general ledger
• Perform analysis and accounting research as needed
• Provide support to management as requested

Minimum Qualifications:

• Knowledge of payroll related regulations and legislation


• 3-4 years of payroll experience


• Experience with Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Costpoint


• Experience with Paylocity

Specialized Knowledge and Skills:

• Detailed oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills


• Strong work ethic, ability to work independently and within a team
