Support programs with test planning, test execution, and meeting enterprise expectations for conduct and outcomes of Developmental Test and Evaluation (DT&E) testing

• Identifying disconnects, risks, and concerns with test requirements, criteria, and testing; 
•  Performing Technical Reviews on enterprise Systems Engineering artifacts; 
•  Preparing technical reports with rationale for their recommendations; 
•  Engaging with Operational Test & Assessment team personnel;  
• Teaming with customer organizations to develop testing policy and guidelines; 
•  Advising programs and test teams on current standards, practices, and procedures for integrating, testing, evaluating and transitioning systems and enterprise capabilities; 
•  Advising test teams on the design and implementation of test and evaluation strategies; 
• Monitoring program preparation and execution of comprehensive test & evaluation plans, procedures and schedules; 
• Monitoring and advising program test team readiness for system integration, test and evaluation, and transition activities; 
• Recommending necessary changes in testing configurations, testing procedures, testing processes, or new testing requirements 
• Experience with test planning and implementation for complex software engineering programs. 
• Experience with automated test tools, integrated testing, and continuous testing. 
• Able to work with supported organizations and test teams to review/improve test planning and execution.
