Clearance: The majority of positions require a Top Secret security clearance, based on current background investigation (SBI), as well as the favorable completion of polygraph. Clearance and polygraph processing will be completed by the U.S. Government.

Designs classroom (lecture and labs) and computer based training content. Prepares and maintains training materials and schedules. Conducts classroom training, hands-on lab training, and on the job training (OJT). Ensures that all training materials, facilities, and evaluation materials are available. Ensures that hardware and software systems are available prior to the start of a class. Ensures that systems are properly configured. Develops training schedules. Reviews training materials and training presentations. Evaluates training plans. Evaluates student learning against training objectives. Makes recommendations for modifying course content or delivery.
Five (5) years of experience as a Training Specialist in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of Training work experience may be substituted for a relevant Master's Degree.
