Responsibilities

The Program/Operations Analyst will support the Defense & Mission Support Business Unit of EverWatch.  They will be responsible to provide corporate support across a variety of functions supporting the operational management team.

 

Duties:

  • Business Operations Support for Business Unit Lead and Management team
  • Support Management team with administrative functions related to documentation, timecards, invoicing, ad hoc requests
  • Support Travel requirements across the Business Unit and complete booking for contract employees in regulations with contractual requirements
  • Facilitate logistics for meetings, travel coordination (visas, vaccinations, etc)
  • Generate and support Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as required
  • Support badging and onboarding process and new hire process for new employees
  • Take notes, maintain actions, and produce informed status for meetings as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a Business administration discipline (preferred)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance (or Secret to begin)
  • 1-4 years of experience
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, while regularly collaborating with team members
  • Ability to exercise discretion with sensitive information
  • Effective communicator and desire to continuously learn
  • Ability to effectively manage large data sets and analyze spreadsheets
