Responsibilities

Responsible for performing, leading, and coordinating activities for the development of complex information technology systems and applications. Applies business process improvement practices to re-engineer methodologies, principles and business process modernization projects. Evaluates all hardware and software. Provides technical expertise. Assists in establishing standards for information systems procedures. Develops and applies organization-wide information models for use in designing and building integrated systems. Performs systems planning, performance management, capacity planning, testing and validation, benchmarking, information engineering, and systems engineering plans.

Qualifications

Seven (7) years’ experience as a SE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
