Responsibilities

The right interface can make a site easy to use, encourage early adoption, and save time and resources. We’re looking for you, a web developer who will use equal parts skill and vision to create an experience that delivers functionality and efficiency.  

 

Bring your passion for creating an amazing user experience to EverWatch. We need an experienced front end developer who will use their passion to guide a development team to learn new tools and techniques, identify and implement system improvements, and mentor teammates. This is an opportunity to resolve problems by collaborating with a development team to build the structure, styling, and interactivity of web pages with user-centric design.  

 

On our team, you’ll coordinate UI/UX designers and back-end developers to create a seamless user experience using React and Vue. Your team will ensure accessibility for all users by developing a front end that functions across browsers, platforms, and devices while meeting accessibility and security requirements. With mentoring, positive code reviews, and opportunities to learn new tools and skills, we focus on growing as a team to make the best solutions for our customers.

Qualifications

 

You Have: 

 

  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with React or Vue 
  • Experience with Git
  • Experience with delivering 508 compliant applications
  • Experience with User Interfaces (UI)
  • Experience with responsive design, testing and debugging, and understanding web performance optimization
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or Engineering and 14+ years of experience as a software engineer or HS Diploma or GED with 18+ years of experience as a software engineer

 

Nice If You Have: 

 

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or Engineering

 

Clearance:  

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required.  

 

Compensation at EverWatch is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $105.29 to $117.07 per hour.  The estimate displayed represents the typical compensation range for this position and is just one component of EverWatch’s total compensation package for employees.
