Provides product configuration services for manufacturing operations and processes to meet business needs and requirements. Applies specific functional knowledge, working/general industry knowledge. Develops or contributes to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Works independently with some guidance; may review or guide activities of more junior employees.

You Have:

• 8+ years of experience as a Configuration Manager (CM) supporting government contracts or programs
• 5+ years experience with CM aspects of physical and virtual access controls, labeling, and maintenance procedures that are specifically laid out in an System Security Plan (SSP) and related security documentation
• Experience with configuration management principles, methodologies, and tools such as DOORS or Eclipse
• Experience wtih developing or modifying CM plans, policies, and procedures tailored to the complexity and scope of the developmental or operational system
• Experience performing change control and configuration audits
• Ability to manage multiple configuration items and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline OR a HS Diploma/GED and 12+ years of experience as a Configuration Manager

Nice if You Have:

• Experience maintaining the CM environment for hardware and software product build, staging, testing and integration
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and managing configurations in cloud environments
• Knowledge of automated deployment and continuous integration tools
• Ability to work independently

Compensation at EverWatch is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $XX.XX to $XX.XX per hour.  The estimate displayed represents the typical compensation range for this position and is just one component of EverWatch’s total compensation package for employees.
