You Have: 

• Experience using at least one legacy TechSIGINT application such as MARTES/FIS-MARTES, CATS, DEL, WEBENGRAFT, FISNET, FISMARKET, TEBAG, PacketSwing, STK, DVT, TASMANIA, CHAUEE, REDHAWK, MEERKAT, or ESP

• Experience analyzing technical signal data and producing intelligence findings
• Experience working with SIGINT tools and mission-specific analytic applications
• Knowledge of TechSIGINT collection methodologies and signal characterization techniques
• Ability to analyze complex technical signals and identify relevant intelligence information
• Ability to document analytic findings and communicate results to mission stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a SIGINT analysis team in operational environments
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mathematics, Communications, Computer Science and 5+ years of experience with Technical SIGINT (TechSIGINT) analysis in ELINT, FISINT, PROFORMA, or COMEXT mission areas or HS Diploma or GED and 9+ years of experience with Technical SIGINT (TechSIGINT) analysis in ELINT, FISINT, PROFORMA, or COMEXT mission areas

Clearance:  

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required.  

Compensation at EverWatch is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $48.08 to $57.70 per hour.  The estimate displayed represents the typical compensation range for this position and is just one component of EverWatch’s total compensation package for employees.
